It is built on clean lines, a clear form language and the use of carefully selected materials. Modern design and trustworthiness do not clash in a LEICHT kitchen. The carcass ConceptDrawers and pullouts All LEICHT-programs have a pullout-system incorporating maintenance-free, fully extendible guides with self-closing and cushioned retraction. The guides are synchronized over the total pullout path and ensure high stability with smooth running. The operational loading capacity of the maintenance-free guides is about 90LB for all drawers and pullouts up to 60 cm width. Pullouts from 80 cm width have guides with a loading capacity of 150LB. double walled welded steel frames and the robust 16 mm thick Door, with grey laminate facing, form the sturdy basic carcass. An installation-friendly characteristic is the total accessibility of the three-dimensional front adjustment. Pullouts and drawers are particularly easily mounted and dismounted through a consumer-friendly construction. All pullouts have attached glass sides. The 8 mm thick etched-tone glass imparts a particularly top quality note. The straight interior sides of the frames with a narrow wiping lip allow for an optimal loading capacity. The visible long edge of the shelves will also be 2 mm thick ABS. All other edges are color matching. Carcass doors are 18 mm and carcass sides are 16 mm thick.Carcass EdgeThe carcass edge can be supplied in a different color, if require. The alternative carcass edges available are to a large extent adapted to the LEICHT front colors. The choice of colored carcass edges is independent from the front color on order. This will allow color combinations of a uniformly continuous carcass edge-color. Attention: The selected carcass edge is independent from the front and requires the customers individual choice.Finish sides Visible sides are all carcass exteriors, which are visible or partly visible on the finished kitchen. Visible sides are available in the styles K, KH, KG and DG with-out extra charge. The visible side styles FF, FS, FG, H, LG, LR and VS are available at extra charge. On request and at extra charge, these visible sides can also be supplied on non-visible carcass exteriors. The longitudinal edges of the visible sides will always be sup-plied in the color of the visible side, independently from the chosen carcass edge. The side edges have the standard color K 273 platinum.Glass fronted interior style The interior K 273 platinum is standard for all laminate carcasses. A change of interior style is reserved exclusively for glass fronted cupboards, units with roller shutter, bus hinges and slide-away doors. In this case other interior colors are possible at extra charge, see in chapter 12. The interior colors in lacquered style listed here can be chosen independent of the requested visible side style. Sole exception: with lacquered visible sides the same color has to be chosen for the interior. Interior styles in wood veneer, simulated wood or laminate free to choice can only be combined with color matching visible sides. With interior style K 273 platinum, the carcass edges are the same as the edges of the kitchen. Important: For wood veneer interiors, if it becomes necessary, a visible side may be available.Shelves / Shelf supports All shelves are height adjustable and safeguarded against accidental removal. Shelf supports are heavy duty metal. Shelf thickness 16 mm for one-door and 18 mm for two-door cupboards.Hinges - the new Visionary hinge generation. Tiomos- Concealed self-closing soft close all metal hinges. Easily adjustable in three directions (including height adjustment). No tools necessary to remove and replace doors through clip hinge mechanism. Opening angle is 110 degree (on request at extra cost 160 degree hinges). Wall unit fixing Heavy load bearing, three dimensionally adjustable metal fixings, concealed at the back of the unit. Adjustable from cupboard interior by covered adjustment mechanism. Wall fixing rails in profiled steel adapted to the cupboard width. Loading capacity per pair of fixings 220LB.Height adjustable plastic plinth legs. Adjustment spread +20 mm and -10 mm. Plinth heights to choice 10, 16 or 20 cm. Corresponding to choice of carcass, worktop heights of 80/86/90 cm and 93/99/103 cm can be achieved.
